Sleeps 9 in beds.
Large screened-in porch at the rear of the house. Beautiful pool area.
15 minutes to the beach. House is located on a canal with a boat dock.
King bed in the master bedroom.
Queen bed in the loft.
Two twin beds in guest bedroom 1
Full bed in guest bedroom 2
King bed in the bedroom above the garage.
3 1/2 baths.
This is a very cozy home. You will have a wonderful time there.
This home is only rented to good-natured, happy people to preserve its good karma.
Note: This property is in a residential community. The neighbors are sensitive to loud parties and noise at night. The little boy across the street catches a bus very early. Please be considerate.
The pictures of the house show a hot tub. Unfortunately, it is no longer there. Also, the pictures make the lawn appear lush. The previous owner did not maintain the irrigation system, so the lawn is marginal at best. It is now starting to come back with the rain we have had.
