This incredible, gated, private property sits on the banks of the Imperial River with access to the Gulf and houses it's own private pool/spa & boat dock w/lift (accommodates flat bottom boat)! Amenities are abundant and location is supreme with proximity to Barefoot Beach being a bike ride away!
This Key West style home provides 3,500 square feet of professionally decorated vacation space! There are 3 bedrooms (queens) and 2 full baths on the main/2nd floor living area, while the entire 3rd floor is master suite (king) with it's own private balcony overlooking the pool/spa, boat dock & Imperial River. The main/2nd floor boasts a huge screened lanai spanning the entire width of the house also overlooking the pool/spa, boat dock & Imperial River.
Additionally, the ground floor/garage (2 car) level of this massive home provides a 5th bedroom with sitting area and 2 sets of bunk beds (full/twin each set). There's also another full bath on the ground floor/garage level of this home, which is accessed from the unfinished space inside the garage.
The owners have spared no expense in preparing this home for rent, from the recent addition of the outdoor pool/spa/entertaining area to renovation of main level/2nd floor and ground floor/garage level bathrooms.
The newly installed 16' X 30' rectangular shaped pool (3-6' graduated depth) with 8' X 8' spa are both heated. This state of the art pool/spa system is easily operated by an iphone app. The left side of the pool contains a "swim lane", while the other side of the pool provides a sitting bench in the water spanning the entire 30' length of the pool. There's also a 6" sun deck/splash pad at the top of the steps entering the shallow end of the pool for sun bathing that will accommodate chairs or an umbrella. This sun deck/splash pad area also offers a "bubble effect" feature for entertaining small children.
The entire dock floor was also recently replaced for a fresh new look. The boat lift/skid accommodates your own flat bottom boat, or plan your vacation with a chartered boat ride or fishing trip and be picked up in your own back yard!

The property has as beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, pool floats & 4 bicycles.
There is a $22/night pool/spa heating fee. Tenants are responsible for turning spa off when not in use. Not following pool/spa instructions are subject to penalties.
Dogs will be considered with Owners approval - $20/Night Fee + $500 Additional Security Deposit Required
