Welcome to Sea Spray, also known as Brady’s Beach House, a colorful, airy, updated island cottage! This single-family home is situated on a large grassy lot, conveniently located west of Gulf Drive only 1.5 blocks from the fine white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico! No busy streets to cross to be on the beach – just one very quiet residential block. This 2BR, 2BA beachy cottage is bright, with single level living and an open floor plan. There are comfortable furnishings throughout including wicker, whimsical upholstered chairs and island flair accessories. Sit out back on the private screened porch and enjoy your morning coffee. Watch the sunsets at the beach and be home in moments.
Some of our many amenities include: Cable TV w/DVD, secure WiFi Internet service, a comfortable living room with seating for 5 or 6. This is a great place to call home with a large eat-in screened porch; a complete well-stocked updated kitchen; ceiling fans in LR, kitchen and bedrooms; a washer/dryer in a separate laundry room; central air and heat; and a private hot/cold outdoor shower! Adult bikes, beach furniture, beach towels, chairs, floats, toys and a charcoal grill are also included.
The free island trolley/bus runs every 20 min and will take you the length of the island in both directions.
Whether your goal is to finish that good book you’ve been reading, stroll some quaint island shops or gather your collection of seashells, it’s all easily accomplished here.
Nature lovers will be amazed at the natural habitat of Anna Maria island. Whether you’re a bird watcher, shell collector, fishing enthusiast, or master gardener, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. Our sugar sand beaches are strewn with seashells and are well populated by shore birds, sea turtles and dolphins.
