This light and spacious house now known as The Old Police House was built in 1895 as the Exciseman's House for Lochindaal Distillery, Port Charlotte. The property complies with government health and safety covid guidelines, to promote health and safety. With sunny southern aspect over the sealoch, the house benefits from cosy oil fired central heating and an open fire, and retains many original features from the late 1800's, such as beautiful high ceilings, ,working shutters, cornicing and original oak staircase. If you’d like to co-ordinate as part of a larger group we’re happy to suggest times when both of our lovely houses in the village are available, and when our friends’ places are free.
