A truly perfect 2 bed/2 bath accommodation. Right in the middle of town! In the beautiful and charming South Highlands neighborhood. Close to work and play, wherever that may be :). All new luxury beds and bedding. Beautiful and rich hardwood floors in living and dining room; both are furnished with tasteful high quality furniture and decor. Updated and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like you were in your own home. You will not want to leave! I love this house! Fabulous layout for one or for four guest. Two private bedrooms one with an ensuite that has a shower and the other bedroom shares a hall bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo (oversized tub), with your quest if you choose to have company. The kitchen is a joy to cook in; everything is efficiently designed and laid out, which makes preparing meals seem effortless. Ample counter space for prep work or to hop up on as a seat while you hang with the family/friends. The dining room and living room allow for open communication between people in either. High speed internet and a smart tv keep you connected while away. I don’t make guarantees and I rarely bet, but if I did I would bet you’ll love staying here; I always do. Entire home excluding private apartment on the backside of the house, which will be locked. Available 24/7 by phone call, text, or airbnb message. If it is late and urgent a phone call is your best bet (I am an excellent sleeper therefore a text is unlikely to get my attention; a phone call will). South Highlands is a lovely family neighborhood in the middle of Shreveport. Great for walking or running; the home is within walking distance to Betty Virginia park and a walking trail around Bayou Pierre. Located 1.6 mi to LSUHSC Medical Center, 3 mi downtown (one street all the way), 4 mi to Shreveport casinos, 1.4 mi to Uptown Shopping Centers (groceries, clothing, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc.., and .9 mi to the St. Vincent Mall (on same street as home) Private gated parking for personal vehicles; if you do not have a vehicle with you I recommend Uber. Shreveport still has a good amount of cabs if you prefer that. There is an efficiency apartment attached to the house. The back door is used to enter this. Some noise may transfer but very little.
