The house is located in the town of Sada, middle area of Navarra, in an enviable environment due to the proximity to important historic centers of Navarra, as well as the opportunities it offers its visitors to integrate with nature.
This historic building with capacity for 8 + 2 people, is located in the upper part of the town, which gives you stunning views of the vineyards that surround it, as well as the closest mountains, so that on clear days you can Observe the Pyrenees.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy living room with TV and wood burner. It also has a bathroom with shower and a pantry washing machine.
The first floor is composed of four double bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and a bathroom with bathtub. There is the possibility, if requested, to have two additional beds.
On the ground floor there is also a large txoko, with gas stove, a table for 10 people, a wood stove as well as a refractory oven, and an old cellar rehabilitated to spend a pleasant time in it.
The house has a diesel boiler and thermostat to keep the house temperature at the desired value.
