The property is 1 acre with a nice flat area of the yard & some trees at the bottom to hide the road. The fence is not closed in, but there are dividing fences with the neighbors, approx. 4' high for the shortest fence. This house survived the 1964 (9.2) and 2018 (7.0) earthquakes flawlessly (built on bedrock).
