Located in a quiet area, away from the street, near the old town, shops and the bay, "LE GITE EN PICARDIE" is a 70m2 house comfortably equipped and pleasantly furnished. On the ground floor: a living room with dining area, a kitchen (microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, cooker, extractor hood and lighting, gas stove with 4 burners + 1 electric plate, oven cleaning by pyrolysis and dishwasher) in the extension of the kitchen, a space with the washing machine and tourist information corner and a bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity unit (hair dryer) towel radiator, WC and VMC. 1st floor (steep stair): 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. On the 2nd floor (steep staircase): 1 mezzanine bedroom with bed 140. 52m2 garden at the back of the house with barbecue and terrace in front, a courtyard with possibility to park two cars and 1 garage available.(We do not recommend our rental to families with small children, because of the stairs).Closed in January, February and March.Some work will be done in 2019, to create the missing seating area.(we took into account the comments of our holidaymakers).
